皮膚手術是激光在生物醫學領域最早的應用之一,1983年提出的選擇性光熱效應為激光皮膚手術建立了理論依據。由于現有治療多倚靠醫師經驗,完全治愈率長期低于20%。本課題組針對血管性和色素性皮膚病和溶脂等激光手術開展理論分析和活體動物實驗研究,發展了基于激光散斑成像的血流在線監測與皮膚組織結構反演技術,為實現激光皮膚手術的個性化精準化智能化診療展現了美好的前景。 Skin surgery is the earliest application of laser technology in the bio-medical engineering. In 1983, the selective photothermalysis laid the theoretical foundation for the laser dermatology. Since the present treatment mostly depends on the physicians’ experience, the total cure rate is still less than 20%. Our group conducted theoretical and in vivo animal experimental research on the vascular and pigmented dermatosis, as well as laser lipolysis. Online monitoring of blood flow and inversion of skin tissue structure based on laser speckle imaging demonstrate the bright future of personalized, precise and smart treatment of laser dermatology.
